Just finished this new roof in Stockton, Ca.

 

First, we remove the old roofing shingles & take them to a local recycling facility. Then the roof is checked for dry rotted wood or other defects that would affect the integrity of the new roofing.

 

Once the roof surface is good to go, we install new lifetime composition shingles. With the latest advances in roofing material manufacturing, and more stringent environmental regulations it makes sense to use cool roof shingles, which we try to use on every new roofing job.

 

We always include all new roof flashings with a new roof and if the homeowner has decided to replace the gutters, we install steel rain gutters with all downspouts & gutter drains soldered rather than caulked.

Called them at the height of the rainy season in December for a leak through my ceiling registers. Ron came out within 2 days to give me an estimate. Job scheduled for a week or so out. That’s ok, the leak wasn’t that bad yet. The more it is rained the worse the leak became. I called to tell them the situation and could try come any sooner? Lisa called the next day and said they would make my job a high priority. They were there as soon as the rain stopped. Turned out this Stockton roofing job was more involved than was initially thought. My a/c ducts and flashing needed to be replaced as they were rotted through. I saw for myself how bad they were as the guys were taking them off the roof. This is something that I thought would have been caught when I had my new heat and a/c unit installed the previous April. Within 2 days they had everything installed and sealed. I’m extremely happy with the work. No leaks!!!! I would definitely recommend and use them again myself. They were very professional, courteous, accommodating, and sympathetic to my situation. The price was reasonable even with the extra roofing work needed. These are definitely the people to call if you have any roofing issues.
